Equities
Equities relate to the trading of publicly-traded company stocks and shares on any of the major indices around the world, such as the FTSE 100, Dow Jones or Nikkei, or in over-the-counter markets.
Equity is defined as the amount of interest an individual holds in a corporation, with equities trading able to be carried out by the holder themselves or via a broker or agent for their own profit. This term can also refer to the total sum of corporate assets an individual holds, minus their liabilities, and is often referred to as shareholder equity, net worth or book trading.
At Real for Investment we allow our clients to trade on the price movements of equities through contracts for difference (CFDs)
